Website Analytics and Monthly Reporting

You should be able to see what your website and marketing are producing without learning a dashboard. We set up the tracking once, then send a short report each month in plain language: what we did, what changed, and what comes next.

What should a small business track?

Track the actions that lead to revenue: calls, form submissions, bookings, and purchases. Then track where those people came from, such as Google search, the map results, ads, social media, or an AI assistant.

Page views and visitor counts are useful context, but they are not the goal. A report that leads with them usually hides whether the work is paying off.

What is in the monthly report?

The report opens with a short summary in plain language. After that it covers the work done that month, the numbers that matter with how each one moved, what we learned, and what we plan to do next.

It is written to be read in a few minutes by an owner, and to be forwarded to a partner or manager without explanation.

Who owns the data?

You do. Analytics, Search Console, and ad accounts are set up in your name, and we are added as a manager. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you, including the history.

What we handle

  • Google Analytics — set up correctly, with the actions that matter marked as conversions.
  • Google Tag Manager — one place to manage tracking, so changes don't need a developer each time.
  • Search Console — which searches show your site, and how often people click.
  • Lead tracking — calls, forms, and bookings counted and tied to where they came from.
  • Behavior recordings — Microsoft Clarity, set up with consent and with private fields hidden.
  • Monthly report — plain language first, with the numbers behind it.

Frequently asked questions

I already have Google Analytics. Do I still need this?

Often, yes. Many sites have Analytics installed but nothing marked as a conversion, so it counts visitors without showing which of them became leads. We check what you have and fix only what is missing.

Is tracking visitors legal?

Yes, when it is done with care. We set tracking up to respect cookie consent, and we hide private fields from session recordings. Your privacy policy should also say what you collect, and we can point out what to add.

Can I see the numbers myself between reports?

Yes. The accounts are yours, so you can sign in at any time. We can also set up a simple dashboard if you want one place to look.
