Conversion Optimization and Landing Pages

More visitors only help if they act. Conversion work looks at how people actually use your site, finds where they hesitate or leave, and improves the pages, forms, and offers so more of them call, book, or buy.

What is conversion optimization?

Conversion optimization is improving the share of visitors who take the step you want, such as calling, filling out a form, booking, or buying. It gets more from the traffic you already have, before you pay for more of it.

For a small business it is usually less about elaborate testing and more about clear fixes: a headline that says what you do, a form with fewer fields, a phone number that is easy to tap, and a page that loads quickly on a phone.

How do you find what is stopping visitors?

We look at the numbers and at real behavior. Analytics shows which pages people land on and where they leave. Session recordings and heatmaps show what they tap, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck.

From that we write a short list of changes, ordered by how much difference each is likely to make, and work through it with you.

When should I use a landing page instead of my homepage?

Use a landing page when visitors arrive for one specific reason, such as an ad, an email, or a seasonal offer. A homepage has to serve everyone, while a landing page makes one offer and has one next step, so fewer people get lost.

We build landing pages and multi-step funnels as part of ad campaigns and on their own.

What we handle

  • Site review — analytics, recordings, and heatmaps read for where visitors drop off.
  • Page improvements — headlines, layout, calls to action, and proof placed where they help.
  • Forms and booking — fewer fields, clearer steps, and nothing that breaks on a phone.
  • Landing pages and funnels — pages built around one offer, for ads, email, or a launch.
  • Speed — faster loading, since slow pages lose visitors before they read a word.
  • Testing — side-by-side tests where there is enough traffic to trust the result.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a lot of traffic for this to be worth it?

No. Formal A/B testing needs a lot of traffic, but most small sites have clear problems that don't need a test to confirm. We fix those first and only test when the numbers can support it.

Will this mean redesigning my whole site?

Usually not. Most gains come from a handful of pages: the homepage, the main service pages, and the contact or booking step. If the site as a whole is holding you back, we'll say so and explain why.

How do you measure whether a change worked?

We set up tracking for the actions that matter before changing anything, then compare the same measures afterward. You see the before and after in your monthly report.
